Future of Education

I am in Chicago attending the Partnership for 21st Century Skills Professional Development Affiliates event. We were given the assignment tonight to watch this video. My questions to all of you are: why can’t all classrooms look like this? What can we do to shift our schools to this 21st century model of teaching?

Anyone who questions 21st century skills needs to see this clip. Collaboration, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, self-direction…All while learning content at a deeper level than most classrooms.
